Maxine Nachtigal Liao, Architect, AIA, a small architectural firm in Sag Harbor, NY, has been creating residential architecture in the East End of Long Island since 1987. Our approach is flexible and inventive; our priorities are to make harmonious designs and well-crafted houses that more than meet our clients’ expectations.
Traditional on the outside and contemporary on the inside, our projects include new houses, renovations and house transformations. Along with a concern for our clients’ best interests, we bring historical and environmental sensitivity to our projects and will recommend environmentally efficient features.
Our portfolio tells the stories of unique design solutions. In each case designs were created for new houses and renovations that satisfied our clients’ requests and responded to the character of their varied sites. The results have increased our clients’ enjoyment of their homes.
